Our mission statement – Individual help in every situation
Our work is based on the principles of systemic thinking and a resource-, solution- and goal-oriented approach. We offer individual help in every situation and enable those seeking help to actively participate in shaping their care. We use existing strengths and resources to create positive changes together.
Our principle
"Not against the mistake, but for what is missing!" (Paul Moor)
Our motto
"We pick everyone up where they are!"
Our work is based on a humanistic and holistic view of people. Whether children or adults - we approach all clients with a reflective and accepting attitude. For us, the appreciation of people is our top priority, because every person is valuable and unique.
focus on sustainable changes
The focus of our work is on educational and advisory support that is closely aligned with the living environment and resources of all those involved. Our goal is to promote sustainable change, for example by strengthening the communication and integration skills of the entire family, rather than just focusing on individual deficits of each family member.
Regardless of social or cultural background or possible impairment, we as providers are jointly responsible for the protection and development of our clients - children, adolescents and adults. In our facility, all clients should feel safe and secure so that they can develop their personality to the best of their ability.
