Our special education group program is aimed at children aged 2 to 6 years and aims to strengthen children's social behavior. The children are accompanied in a small group for 90 minutes per week in order to specifically promote their social, emotional and communication skills.

How can you get this help?
In the district of Hameln-Pyrmont, the need for support is determined by the early detection center or a social pediatric center in Hanover. Approval and reimbursement of costs are based on the Social Code (§ 55 and 56 SGB IX) and can be applied for at the responsible social welfare office (Hameln Pyrmont: Office for Inclusion and Youth) if a need for support has been determined.
What is the difference between the help offered in the psychomotor group and the special education group?
In the psychomotor group, methods are offered to improve perception, for example. In the special education group, the focus is primarily on promoting social cooperation between the children.
