Continuation of outpatient early intervention
in the form of special education development advice and support for self-payers
Is your child moving to an integrated place, a speech therapy kindergarten, a special needs kindergarten or school and you would like further advice and support? We offer targeted special needs support for children following the outpatient early intervention on a private basis, as well as advice on the transition to school, when attending an integrated kindergarten, speech therapy kindergarten or special needs kindergarten or general developmental questions.
The children are supported individually and in a targeted manner in order to further support the specific developmental needs of each child after the support measure. You as parents receive advice and support in supporting the development of your child.
Continuation of special education development counseling and support – where and how?
The developmental counseling and support is tailored to the individual and includes at least four appointments. Parents are intensively involved in their child's development.
The frequency of appointments is determined individually and in consultation with you.
Developmental counseling and support takes place in the child’s familiar environment – at home, in kindergarten – or in our premises at K+X.
We offer the continuation of special education development advice and support in the districts of Hameln-Pyrmont, Schaumburg, Holzminden and the Hanover region.
Who is the special education development counseling and support for?
Our offer is aimed at children who have previously benefited from early intervention services at K+X and who are now no longer receiving early intervention services due to a change to an integration place, a speech therapy kindergarten, a special needs kindergarten or school.
You can apply to us for the continuation of early intervention in the form of special education development advice and support. Please speak to your current early interventionist or K+X about the offer. This is an offer for self-payers.
